Shipping & Returns
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.
Shipping Restrictions
We currently only ship to addresses within Canada.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that includes a tracking number. You can use this number to track your order through the carrier’s website.
Returns Policy
At Buoy Beauty, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item(s) within 15 days of receipt for a refund, subject to the terms below.
Return Conditions:

Items must be returned within 15 days of the delivery date.

At minimum, 75% of the product must be remaining in the container upon return, otherwise the return will be rejected.

Items must be in the original packaging.
Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at support@buoybeauty.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We will provide you with a return authorization number and instructions on how to return your item(s).
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for the items they are returning. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different product, please return the original item and place a new order.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at support@buoybeauty.com with your order number and a photo of the damaged product. We will arrange for a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
